Dirt Road Divas Boutique Return/Exchange Policy

 Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used for purchase.

The following conditions MUST be met for any return/exchange:
  • The item must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged or smell like perfume, animals, smoke..etc.
  • All original tags must be attached to the items and they must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Swimsuits and Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please email us at dirtroaddivas@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item
and let us know the reason for the return/exchange
Once given approval, please ship your item within 7 days to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment.

Please Note:


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original   shipping to you will be refunded.

If you qualified for Free Local Delivery and have a return/exchange, you can mail the item back to me. as noted above or you may drop it off at my location (once we agree on a certain time)  Return/exchange items cannot be picked back up from your home.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

***If you are shipping an item back to me, it is important that you use a trackable shipping service  If your returned item is lost in the mail, we cannot issue a refund.  The USPS has a fairly inexpensive mail rate with tracking included.
